There are two electronic versions of reporting forms on this page. The first is a shorter version to be used for individual rainfall events. By using the individual event form, your data will be posted to our website as soon as the staff has the opportunity. Just fill in the information and click on Submit Card. The information will be emailed to Karly Osowski. karly.osowski@nd.nacdnet.net Keep in mind you only need to put in the date, Amount of Rain, Time your data was recorded, your unique Identification Number (so we can post the information to the correct location), your name and township

The second electronic report on the website is to report an entire month. You only need to enter the date, amount of rainfall in inches, your site identification number, name, and the township your gauge is located in. More information is welcome! If you have internet access, you can also print this form out to record your data throughout the month.

Another option would be to scan the form and save as a file on your home computer. You could then email it to Karly karly.osowski@nd.nacdnet.net.
